I think all Metal Gear fans share this feeling at one point or other. Hideo Kojima is wierd guy. Case in point: I don't think I'd ever set foot in a video game bathroom before MGS, and now I seem to be in them all the time. We've fought bosses who attack you with killer bees, battled roller-blading fat men, spent far too much time finding Johnny in a barrel, and let's not forget Raiden's most "memorable" moments in MGS2.
But despite the number of times we shake our heads at some of the things Kojima-san puts in his games, he knows we could never quit Metal Gear, or if we did, we'd be back a few days later suffering acute withdrawal. Especially when he gives us PS3 exclusives. Yeah. |
